Yesterday, two weeks after my order ... an email by PayPal tell me the shipping is deleted for "not printed label" !!! I'm asking details to the factory.Anybody had this issue???
I just want to say a few things here. We had never imagined that we would get the amount of orders that we have to this point. We were prepared for 100 orders, we have received over 600. There are a few things we should have done differently, but we can't go back and fix our mistake now. I sincerely apologize for the delay, but we are shipping orders as fast as we can. I work a minimum of 60 hours a week. We have been making and shipping orders 4 hours every night, after work. We also have been working 12-15 hours every Saturday and Sunday for the past 3 weeks. The current estimate is close to 90 orders left to ship. If you are unhappy that you had to wait, send us a message, we'll refund your money. Sorry for the craziness, but we've received close to 80 emails with people bitching and wanting to know where their stuff is. I will update daily with our progress. Hopefully we will have them all shipped by Sunday night. Again, sorry for the rant, and sorry we screwed up.Ernie Borraga
don't know what might have happened but in facebook page:they were expecting around 100 orders and they get over 600. facebook is a powerfull tool for marketing
