Title: Hi there - I'm new here ...

My name is Jan Zoethout (same as my username), 70 years young.
Actively wet shaving since 2013 - gathered a lot of razors (DE and SE), shaving soaps, brushes, after shave splashes and balm since.
One of my hobbies is making shaving brushes - a friend of mine makes the handles on the lathe, then I assemble brushes with it.
Hope I don't forget to write SOTD's on this forum ... :D

Nothing fancy, just a couple of branches that i picked up, one in the woods of Scheveningen and the other in the surroundings of Westerbork camp.

As i don´t have a lathe i just made a hole and glued the knots. Surprisingly they came out quite well.
