BTW you're right.Sometimes my friend... other times as in my case (I have psoriasis since age 13 or 14 and had severe symptoms this Summer/Autumn in my hands and joints) the generalist doctor prescribes a fatty cream stating "...because you have dry skin in your hands and it'll improve with time". For two weeks I had my skin splitting and burning because of that fabulous mind of hers. Had to return to a based cortisone gel/pomade to improve my condition.

Costuma haver grande melhora quando os sintomas "apertam"... é um tratamento bem comum aqui pela minha terra (e barato)P.S: Apenas o cheiro de fumaça não é dos melhores, então é sempre para uso noturno e quando não se pretende nenhuma graça com a patroa
O tratamento corrente é clobetasol pomada em baixa concentração.
