É como quiserem! Eu vou fazer a Smoked de qualquer maneira, e faço também uma Tripel! Embora em termos de gosto pessoal prefiro uma Dubbel a uma Tripel....

...e que tal, uma Quad??

Bom, se Dubbel, Trippel e Quadrupel são mais fáceis, acho que seria uma boa pra mim. Mas o que a maioria decidir eu tô dentro e tento fazer tb. ;)

Se for Dubbel tem de ser 1 a favor do grão e 1 contra o grão. Já Tripel seria a favor, através e contra. Quadruppel é igual a Tropel com passagem de conforto.

É uma comparação algo estranha!!  ;D

Eu gosto muito de Quads e Dubbels, menos de Tripels. Depende do gosto de cada um.

Já que tens uma Dubbel fermentando, eu encaro uma Quad ou a smoke mesmo pra fazer a cerva cojunta do fórum. Quem sabe meu paladar fica mais apurado depois dessa smoke. ;D

A smoked tem q ser por graos a quad acho que da a fazer por "melados"...

Se conseguires provar esta cerveja, pode ser que passes a gostar de "fumados":

- Aecht Schlenkerla Rauchbier

Que existe em 3 variedades. Märzen, Urbock e Weizen. Qualquer uma delas é um belo exemplar do estilo de Bamberg. Está aqui uma review minha:
