One and Only Semogue

This is my one and only semogue which I got from vintagescent around June this year :-[

[L-R: omega 10077, semogue 830, omega 10066]

Initially I didn't like the 830, preferring the firmer and scrubby 10066. Lately I realised that, like badgers or synthetic, I need to change my lathering techniques abit to exploit its fullest potential and now liking the 830 a lot.

I am excited about the upcoming limited edition: another semogue in my collection (mostly made up of omega boars!)

Ah, the 830. It's like a rich cousin of the 1305, with his acrylic handle and denser knot. Some of these days i'll have to buy one. Especially now, that my 1305 is messed up.

A Semogue brush is always a good bet. I have a few of them and like them all, from the cheapest at €2,64 to the most expensive.

Now that you are a forum member and you have a special discount at VintageScent, you should consider expanding your Semogue colection.

You are welcome to ask advice on this brushes  ;)

I didn't know about the discount - must do some search on this... thanks!

Actually I'm trying very hard to curb my love for brushes
Took me a long time trying to resist the barbear classico limited edition, but still caved in...

I just bought 2 of these for my father- and brother-in-law. I have a 1305 for my daily brush and I was quite intrigued by this one. I always thought, by looking at the handle, that it would be very enjoyable to hold. I confirmed this idea when I held it this morning. Very pretty and very ergonomic. Can't say anything about the boar, though, since I won't be using it myself...
Nice to hear it is denser than the 1305. Should be a little bit better!
