I feel like you, I much prefer natural hairs - but in difference to you, I just had to try it, it is a Semogue after all

Quote from: Latherão on Thu Feb 09 2017 19:52:22 GMT+0100 (Rom, normaltid)Soren, I've had the previledge to test a prototype of this brush and I can tell you that, if you like your Semogue Olive Wood SE 2013, you're going to love this synthetic brush. The tips are just as soft, the knot is less dense, there's perhaps a little less backbone, but the fibres are "springier" (but not so much that it becomes a problem). The flow of lather through the knot is definitely better.Celestino, on the other hand, may prefer a brush with a higher backbone (this is what I deduce from his collection of 2 band badger brushes )... But hey, it is always nice to try something different, right?

Sobre el papel prefiero cualquier pelo a un producto fabricado sintético... pero este proyecto de este foro y de apellido Semogue, no me lo puedo perder. Será mi sexta Semogue.Perdón por no saber escribir en portugués.
Yes I do What can I say? I have it like Mel Gibson in Conspiracy Theory where he has to buy a certain book when he see it - that's pretty much how I feel when I see a Semogue. Now the question is; have I been subject to human experiments without my knowledge :pAny Semogue is a collectible to me but you are quite right, this is pretty special.
Well Soren, I am not sure if it is experimentation. Jutland and getting a reputation for um a special kind of tourism...https://www.vice.com/en_us/article/animal-fuckers-219...so it could be cross breading instead of experimentation I am kidding. I actually dated a girl from Sunds which I think is pretty close to you. I spent a lot of time in Sunds, Herning, Copenhagen and all over Denmark. While working over the weekend I talked with a woman who had bought a Skagen Watch. I spent several minutes telling her about the buried church, the Anchers and Grenen and by the end of the call she wanted to visit.Your collection is amazing. I think I have a pretty good one but I only have about 20 and thought I had an obsession. I am surprised that Semogue has not introduced any new brushes, not counting limited releases, or the SOC, they have not really produced and new production brushes in the last 4 or 5 years. Considering how shaving has turned into a collecting hobby, I am surprised they are not churning out a new model every couple of months to create demand. I know people who have soap collections in the hundreds. I try to get what I can in special editions, but when they are overy $100, it is just too much. Owning the first Semogue Synthetic is hard to pass up and the price is fantastic.
