O meu moinho é este. É excelente e da para adaptar um berbequim, o que facilita muito o trabalho. Mas existem uns muito mais baratos...

Notícia ruim.  :(  :(  :(

Eu comprei esse moinho aqui ( http://bryggeland.no/maltmolle-corona-1363.html ) pois estava a um preco bom, mas depois de montá-lo hoje para comecar a "moer" o malte percebi que ele é  muito justo ou seja, ele é mais para fazer farinha que apenas para quebrar os grãos.

Estou entrando em contato com a loja para tentar um reembolso do valor pago (pois o outro moinho que tem lá á muito caro e vou pedir de outra loja), então vou atrasar o meu início  da cerveja do BC.

Desculpem-me o contra tempo, mas foi azar de principiante.

Eu procurei no youtube sobre esse moinho e todos os vídeos que achei os usuários fazem farinhas diversas com ele.
Eu tentei colocar mais umas arruelas para aumentar o espaco de moagem, mas mesmo assim achei que continuava muito apertado.

Mas vou fazer essa primeira quebrando os grãos de malte com um rolo de massas mesmo, se não vai atrasar muito a cerveja.

Em tempo: eu diminuí a quantidade do malte defumado para 400g e compensei com o Pale.
